A Slice of NY Pizza

The pizza smells and tastes phenomenal! I couldn’t resist taking a bite from the box on the way home. We are die hards for Two Jacks and struggled to try a new restaurant when Two Jacks is right there. Still love them but this definitely tastes like a quality pizza! I can see how the others are concerned about how the pizza looks on the marble countertop but when it is heated, it literally comes out fresh and it’s freaking bomb. Will definitely return!!!!

We got a whole “Margherita” pizza it was delicious!! “A Slice of NY” it’s a great place!!. Perfect crust and a great sauce/cheese/dough ratio. If you’re nearby and craving good pizza - this is your spot!

Good Day! As the future Mayor of Springville I Ray Grover highly recommend A Slice of NY Pizza as the absolute best (sorry Two Jacks!) pizza this side of Selinsgrove, PA! The quality is always constantly top notch as is the prompt service with the perfect Main Street location and an authentic East Coast pizzeria ambiance. The place always has me coming back for more and will you too! If you haven't tried the place yet give them a whirl, you won't regret it!

It's my favorite pizza place. 10 out of 10 pizza.. always clean and the service is amazing. You should go try it. I can't say enough good stuff about this place.

Really hit the spot. I've got about zero experience with NY pizza but the slice, but hey, it was great pizza and ranch and garlic knots. I'd totally go again, even when I'm a county away. The interior is spacious and clean, a bathroom at the back, lots of standing room, then chairs around, four tables inside and two picnic bench tables outside. Pizzas are readymade and in view so you can browse and choose what you want. I got two meal deals—each with a slice, two knots, and a drink—for about 12, so that's good spending. You just walk in, order and pay at the counter, then wait for your order and go. I really like the small sliced pepperoni on pizza, so I was glad to see it used here, and it was great. For their big pies they have a nice melty cheese, and for the pie with pecorino (mmm), the cheesiness has a great chew to it to go with the thicker crust on that one. Definitely recommend that one. Drink variety is pretty great! Ranch and red sauce for dipping are great. The red sauce cup is the same sauce they use on their pizza. It's kinda sweet and it's chunky not smooth; I liked it a lot. The worker said they have gluten free options. Signage also showed a breakfast item, and it looked really yummy. Breakfast 6-11. The worker was very nice, very professional and changed gloves between services rendered, gave me an extra slice when the first one stuck to the oven and came out torn, so it was just a great first experience for sure, and I'd absolutely recommend giving it a try and give their business your patronage! Leftovers reheated really well with that hot pan and ice cube hack (lookit up), so buying a whole pie (they seemed super well priced for their size) won't go to waste if any lasts for leftovers! Parking lot is relatively small, but spacious so getting in and out isn't a problem. Yep, give it a go!

You gotta try the pepperoni roll! This pizzeria just opened up, and boy was I impressed! It’s 1000x better than the 7-11 that they bought and renovated. The employees were so kind and helpful, they smile at you and make eye contact and are willing to answer questions. They strive to make your order just right! I got a Hawaiian and supreme- they were delicious. I’ve been to New York and had pizza around Manhattan, and it was spot on NY pizza taste, texture and temperature (nice and hot and fresh!). Garlic knots are hot and tasty too. They have some Italian cookies as well.

This place is so good! I got the Texas and chicken parmesan! The garlic knot was also a 10/10! The employees are nice, the decor is cute, the food is flavorful! After living in NYC for 3 years, I can attest that this pizza is pretty authentic!

New York pizza is my favorite kind of pizza! I tried this place for the first time and it was delicious! You walk in and it’s very inviting and they display all of their pizzas they have. You can order pizza by the slice or order whole pizzas. I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza to go. I am so glad there is a good New York pizza place so close to where I live! I will definitely be back!
